Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- On-site assessment of the current production setup and workflow
- Review of the full process chain, including cleaning, pretreatment, filling and coating stages
- Evaluation of newly introduced product types and their impact on existing PVD coating parameters
- Identification of process improvements and efficiency potential across the production flow
- Technical recommendations for process stability, parameter adjustments and operational improvements
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Several years of hands-on experience with decorative PVD coating technologies in industrial production environments
- Background ideally gained in industries such as:
- consumer goods manufacturing
- automotive components (interior / decorative surfaces)
- sanitary products and fittings
- tooling or related precision manufacturing sectors
- Strong expertise in process optimization, parameter tuning and troubleshooting in coating processes
- Solid understanding of surface engineering and coating technologies
- Experience analyzing production issues and stabilizing coating processes
- Good German and English communication skills
