Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Set up and standardize logistics processes (inbound, internal logistics, warehousing, outbound/shipping)
- Implement clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs
- Actively mentor and coach the logistics team and key supervisors
- Manage day-to-day operations in a demanding manufacturing environment
- Handle escalations, crisis situations, and operational fluctuations
- Cooperate closely with production, planning, and plant management
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager / Head of Logistics (preferably in automotive or manufacturing)
- Strong background in process implementation and stabilization
- Hands-on experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams
- High stress resilience and ability to operate in a dynamic and sometimes chaotic environment
- Independent, decisive, and hands-on mindset
- Willingness to work long-term on-site in Mexico
- Fluent or communicative level of English and Spanish
