Project requests

• Responsible to assure that archive of accounting and taxes documents complies with all legal requirements;
• Prepare all the documents required to be sent to external entities and presented in audits;
• Implement every change defined by law or regulations;
• Responsible to calculate and validate all taxes;
• Responsible to apply and assure all accounting requirements;
• Responsible for all financial documents like balance sheet, income statement, accounting annexes;
• Responsible to sign the financial statements with the board of Director´s.

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing
• Mandatory to have experience in industry companies (experience in automotive industry will be a plus).

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of German Gaap standards; IFRS will be a plus
• Proficient SAP software and advanced Excel skills.

• Financial Reporting: Expertise in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and ensuring compliance with German GAAP.
• Taxation Knowledge: In-depth understanding of German tax laws, VAT regulations, and international tax frameworks.

Knowledge:

• Regulatory Frameworks: Familiarity with local accounting standards (HGB) and international standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Industry Insights: Understanding of specific industry practices, financial analysis methods, and sector-specific regulations.
• Financial Planning: Knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business strategy.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex financial data.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills in German and English, with the ability to present financial information to stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
