Project requests

• Conducting situational analysis in the event of acute supply shortages (e.g., force majeure, production breakdowns, labor shortages)
• Defining and implementing immediate measures to secure production and manage workforce capacity
• Establishing a communication framework for fast coordination with all relevant stakeholders
• Conducting End-of-Quality audits and analyzing existing structures
• Setting up reporting structures and developing a project plan with clearly assigned responsibilities
• Implementing “process factories” to proactively identify potential bottlenecks
• Performing risk assessments and executing stabilization actions along the supply chain

Professional Qualifications:

• Many years of experience in project and production management, preferably in the automotive sector
• Strong expertise in supplier management and crisis response
• Proficient in tools such as Faplis and Microstation

Personal Competencies:

• Quick comprehension and high resilience
• Strong communication skills and decision-making ability
• Willingness to travel within Germany, the EU, and potentially overseas
