Andrea Šrotová works as HR Project Manager at GiVE Management Consulting GmbH with focus on the Czech market. She has been working in HR mainly in recruitment area for companies in automotive industry for more than 6 years. One of her responsibilities was to take care about end-to-end recruitment process. She participated in the creation of the new onboarding concepts and in job fairs as a career advisor. She studied Economics at Czech University of Life Sciences.
