- Optimize injection moulding processes directly on the production machines
- Improve process stability and manufacturing performance
- Analyze and eliminate recurring production and quality issues
- Optimize machine parameters and processing windows
- Reduce scrap and improve first-pass yield
- Optimize cycle times without compromising product quality
- Perform structured root cause analyses
- Support production during technical escalations
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Tooling
- Coach local process technicians and setters where appropriate
- Ensure sustainable process improvements through hands-on implementation
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Extensive experience in automotive injection moulding
- Proven expertise in hands-on process optimization directly at the machine
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Deep understanding of mould behaviour and processing parameters
- Experience with Engel and/or KraussMaffei injection moulding machines
- Strong shopfloor mentality
- Ability to work independently in a production environment
- Excellent communication skills
