Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Supply chain stabilization and operational recovery support
- Inventory monitoring and stock management
- Analysis and optimization of supply chain processes
- Review of EDI processes and ordering flows between 1st-tier and 2nd-tier suppliers
- Identification of bottlenecks and implementation of corrective measures
- Escalation management with suppliers and stakeholders
- Monitoring and reporting of KPIs
- Support of production planning activities
- Independent implementation and tracking of action plans
- On-site coordination with supplier teams and customer representatives
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Strong experience in Automotive Supply Chain Management
- Experience within BMW supplier environment is highly desirable
- Proven track record in supplier recovery, task force, or crisis management projects
- Experience in production planning
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Understanding of EDI processes and supplier ordering systems
- Ability to work independently and implement corrective actions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Escalation management experience
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Poland
- English required
- Polish and/or German advantageous
