Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Implement and drive logistics and supply chain improvement measures
- Ensure material availability and resolve supply shortages
- Identify bottlenecks and weaknesses across the supply chain
- Manage escalations and support critical issue resolution
- Track corrective actions and ensure successful implementation
- Provide transparency regarding project status, risks and progress
- Work directly on the shopfloor with operational teams
- Support supply chain stabilization in a challenging automotive environment
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams and operational stakeholders
- Drive sustainable improvements in logistics processes
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Several years of experience in automotive logistics and supply chain management
- Proven experience in logistics / supply chain taskforce projects
- Strong implementation and execution skills in critical situations
- Hands-on approach and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Senior-level experience with the ability to drive change
- Experience working with OEMs or OEM-related projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
