Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Support cost control activities within a large-scale construction / EPC project environment
- Track, monitor and report project costs, budgets and cost development
- Support the preparation of cost reports, forecasts and variance analyses
- Collect and validate cost-related data from internal teams, contractors and project stakeholders
- Support project managers and workstream leads with cost transparency and reporting
- Monitor cost deviations and help identify potential risks or budget impacts
- Support contractor-related cost tracking and coordination
- Work closely with project teams in a fast-paced onsite execution environment
- Prepare documentation, reports and summaries for internal project stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of cost control processes and reporting structures
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Experience or exposure in cost control, project controlling, project coordination or project finance
- Experience from large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial construction or EPC projects is strongly preferred
- Understanding of construction site execution, contractor coordination and project interfaces
- Ability to work in a dynamic onsite project environment
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good Excel / reporting skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with project stakeholders
- Hands-on, structured and proactive working style
- English language skills for daily project communication
- Automotive or manufacturing background alone is not the primary fit for this role, unless combined with relevant construction / EPC project experience
