• Provide operational support to the current Maintenance / Facility / Engineering Manager during ramp-up and start of production
• Establish and implement maintenance processes in a greenfield environment (preventive maintenance, planning routines, spare parts logic, KPIs)
• Support commissioning phase: coordination with equipment suppliers, installation partners, engineering and production
• Set up SOP readiness for maintenance organization (documentation, routines, handover)
• Implement or support CMMS / maintenance planning tools (if applicable)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure stable operations during ramp-up

• Proven experience as Maintenance Manager / Head of Maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
• Strong track record with maintenance implementation in greenfield projects (must-have)
• Excellent operational mindset, structured execution, ability to work independently
• Hands-on attitude and readiness to take responsibility quickly in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills across production, engineering, suppliers, contractors

Technology scope

Experience with maintenance in metal manufacturing / BIW environment is highly valued, e.g.:

• Press shop / stamping (cold forming)
• Hot stamping / press hardening lines (strong advantage)
• Welding technologies (robotic welding cells, resistance/arc/laser welding)
• Assembly lines / complex metal assemblies

Optional / plant-dependent advantage

• Surface treatment / coating processes (only if present on-site), e.g. KTL / e-coat
• Other finishing technologies (if applicable)
