Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Responsibility for the development, implementation and monitoring of production KPIs
- Management of all projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing and building layouts, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting of production data
- Identification of bottlenecks, weaknesses and inefficiencies in production
- Leadership and coordination of restructuring and relocation projects of production lines
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a production environment or in industrial engineering
- Ideally, experience in the production environment of medical devices
- Strong expertise in factory and production line layout planning and optimization
- Very good knowledge in the development and management of production KPIs
