Topic 1: Implementation 6-Cylinder in our production
- Coordinating different departments
- Alignment with Customer/ supplier
- Responsibility for Installing Equipment
- Taking overall responsibility and driving the several topics in regards to the needed timeline
Topic 2: Restructuring Starcam Processes (Closing JV partner)
- Coordination new structure
- Alignment with partners, how future solution for facility, laboratory, logistics, toolshop should look like
- Managing with JV partner handover processes and finding solutions for not yet designed set-up of shared services (HSE, HR, Purchasing….)
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Proven experience as Project Leader in a technical/industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple departments and external stakeholders.
- Experience with complex implementations and organizational restructuring.
- Ability to drive timelines and deliver results.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
