Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Lead and stabilize the Engineering & Product Management organizations during transition.
- Manage 6 Product Managers and ensure product portfolio alignment with corporate strategy.
- Guarantee on-time roadmap delivery and product quality without disruption.
- Conduct deep dives into key products to identify technical and functional issues.
- Assess and improve the software development lifecycle, agile processes, and team structure.
- Evaluate product and technology gaps vs. market needs, propose corrective actions.
- Drive the localization and modernization of key AIS solutions (migration from G2 G3).
- Ensure adherence to Group IT, GDPR, NIS2 and healthcare IT compliance standards.
- Foster collaboration between Product, Development, and System House support teams.
- Build team morale, address legacy silos, and promote an open, results-oriented culture.
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Education: MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years in software development leadership (VP/CTO/Head of Engineering).
- Proven track record managing both Engineering and Product Management functions.
- Experience with cloud transformation and SaaS architectures.
- Strong background in healthcare IT or other regulated industries preferred.
- Demonstrated success in organizational transformation and turnaround contexts.
