- Conducting process analyses to identify weaknesses (e.g., value stream mapping, on-site observations, data analysis)
- Planning and implementing short-term relief measures (e.g., additional tooling, personnel support)
- Developing and executing mid- to long-term stabilization strategies
- Organizing and delivering training programs to qualify employees for specific processes
- Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and norms in the stabilized process
- Documenting all measures to establish a stable serial production process
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Solid experience in project and process management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Expertise in production optimization and process analysis
- Proficient in tools such as Eaplis and Microstation
