Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Own end-to-end delivery of the Vehicle Operations application portfolio across AMS, DevOps, enhancements and continual improvement
- Lead transition, knowledge transfer, shadowing, reverse shadowing, cutover and hypercare
- Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases
- Govern SLAs, KPIs, risks and dependencies
- Coordinate onsite, nearshore and offshore teams
- Lead major incident management and recovery for production, logistics, sequencing, quality and shop-floor applications
- Establish SOPs, runbooks, knowledge repositories and escalation paths
- Drive automation, shift-left, observability, DevOps adoption and application modernisation
- Manage stakeholders, vendors and service improvements
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Strong experience in Automotive Manufacturing / Manufacturing IT
- Knowledge of Production Planning, Body Shop, Paint Shop, Assembly, Quality and Logistics
- Experience with MES/MOM and SAP
- Knowledge of sequencing, JIT/JIS logistics, quality and shop-floor applications
- Strong ITIL knowledge, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Major Incident Management
- Experience with AMS, DevOps, SIAM and transition governance
- Experience with SLA/KPI and service management
- Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
