Phase 1 – Operational Stabilization
- Monitor daily material flow on the shop floor and in the shipping department.
- Compare customer call-offs with actual production and shipment status.
- Verify outgoing deliveries against shipping lists and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily shipment status reports for the customer.
- Coordinate continuously between the supplier's logistics team and the customer's planners.
- Support backlog reduction and ensure critical parts are shipped according to priorities.
Phase 2 – Root Cause Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze supply chain bottlenecks and reasons for delivery delays.
- Identify root causes of shortages and planning deviations.
- Implement sustainable corrective actions to improve delivery performance.
- Support the stabilization of logistics processes and communication.
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Several years of experience in automotive logistics, supply chain, production planning, or materials management.
- Strong shop floor mentality with a hands-on approach.
- Experience with delivery schedules, customer call-offs, shipping, and backlog management.
- Ability to coordinate between customer and supplier in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience in root cause analysis and process improvement within Supply Chain.
- Hungarian is mandatory.
- German or English at a professional working level.
