Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production continuity, quality and delivery performance.
- Manage production teams and supervise middle management across the plant.
- Stabilize production processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality and cost optimization.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Cooperate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and other key departments.
- Support organizational changes and operational restructuring.
- Build accountability and strengthen production management processes.
- Report operational performance directly to senior management.
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles such as Plant Manager, Production Manager or Operations Manager.
- Proven experience within the plastic injection moulding industry is mandatory.
- Strong background in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing large production teams.
- Demonstrated success in improving manufacturing performance, productivity and operational KPIs.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in change management, operational stabilization and production optimization.
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Czech is mandatory.
- Good command of English.
