Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Overall technical responsibility for complex automation systems in special purpose machinery
- Coordination and technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical and software teams
- Ensuring the implementation of customer requirements into functional machine solutions
- Cross-project optimization of ongoing projects and transfer of best practices between machines/systems
- Analysis and further development of automation processes to increase quality and availability
- Interface management between internal teams and customers
- Technical evaluation and improvement of machine and process designs
- Close cooperation with engineering and design teams in the development and project environment
- No disciplinary leadership, but a technical lead and coordination role
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Several years of experience in special purpose machinery or industrial automation
- Very good understanding of complex systems, including mechanics, electrics, software, robotics and PLC
- Experience with integration and optimization of automation systems in a production environment
- Background in automotive, mechanical engineering or similar industrial environments
- Experience in a shopfloor environment and cooperation on customer projects
- Basic understanding of PLC, robotics and software structures
- Ideally experience in a project or technical leadership role
- Hands-on mentality with strong implementation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, structured and proactive approach to topic management
- Fluent English is a must-have, German is not required
