Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Lead and manage assembly, commissioning, and production ramp-up of an electrical control systems manufacturing line
- Motivate and coordinate an international, cross-functional team (mechanics, electricians, software, quality)
- Ensure on-time delivery of your Sub-Project
- Plan resources, materials, and schedules efficiently
- Implement quality and safety standards, including CE conformity and audits
- Collaborate with interfaces such as logistics, NPI, change management, and subcontractors
- Identify risks and manage issues with structured escalation
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Experience with automotive production facilities and related documentation
- Basic knowledge of PLC, MES, and manufacturing processes (screwing, robotics, feeding)
- Proven leadership in interdisciplinary and international teams and subcontractor management
- Strong project and shop-floor planning skills
- Proficient in Lean methods (Kanban, 5-Why, Ishikawa) and problem-solving
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
