Consent

We and the external service providers working with us will use the data you provide to create an application profile, save it and contact you to present suitable project proposals. To initiate consulting projects that match your specified qualification and work experience, we will share your information with potential customers.

We will store your information for as long as your account is active with us, this is necessary for the provision of our services, as well as for the fulfillment of our legal obligations, the resolution of conflicts and the enforcement of our rights.

I agree that the data provided, in particular my contact information, my CV, my business related imagenry, my profile and business information are used and stored by GiVE Management Consulting GmbH for the preparation of an application profile and that I will be contacted by GiVE Management Consulting GmbH for the presentation of consulting projects.

My consent includes the transfer of my data to potential clients of GiVE Management Consulting GmbH for the initiation of consulting projects that correspond to my specified qualification and work experience.

I am aware that GiVE Management Consulting GmbH works together with external service providers to fulfill the aforementioned purposes. My consent is hereby given.

I have been advised that I may revoke my consent at any time with no negative consequences for the future. A revocation declaration must be sent to:

Data Protection Declaration

§1 Information concerning the collection of personal data

(1) We are informing you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that is personal to you, such as name, address, e-mail addresses and user behavior.

§3 collection of personal data when visiting our website

In the case of merely informative use of the website, ie if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. §5   LinkedIn (Insight tag):

With your consent, we enable a LinkedIn cookie when you visit our website (LinkedIn Ireland, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland).
The tag reports to LinkedIn what actions you have taken on our website and possibly identifying data.

With the data, LinkedIn can recognize that you have visited our website, what you have clicked on and if you have clicked on a link on LinkedIn that connects you to our website. This allows LinkedIn to show you interest-based content. LinkedIn can connect this data to your user account and use it for its own purposes. We do not receive any data about you or other LinkedIn users, only statistics that show us aggregated for all users in a certain period of time how they used our offers and advertisements on other LinkedIn platforms. This helps us to analyze which of our ads were successful and which were not.

Our rules for consultants

Thank you for your interest in working with us; we would like to ask you to accept the following rules.

  1. As part of the joint acquisition of a consulting project you will gain access to our customers. For the first meeting a telephone appointment is arranged. In the case of the customer´s interest we introduce you personally. An independent contact among you and our customers takes place only in coordination with us.
  2. For the duration of the joint acquisition, you fully support your offer to operate in the consulting project. You will withdraw this offer only because of a valid reason. If you have an important reason, inform us immediately.
  3. A contract is concluded exclusively with us. Any cooperation among customers to whom you have access through us, whether direct or indirect, requires our consent. This shall apply from the date of the customer's identity announcement until 24 months after completion of a consulting project or termination of the joint acquisition. The joint acquisition is deemed to have ended if there is no longer any communication between you and us about the consulting project over a period of one month.
  4. In the event that you and our customers enter into a collaboration, whether direct or indirect, without our required consent, you shall pay us a contractual penalty of EUR 20,000 (in words: twenty thousand) for each case of infringement. The assertion of any further damage remains unaffected.
  5. All project-related information that you obtain from us must be treated as highly confidential. The amount of compensation agreed between you and us is included there as well.
  6. We do not reimburse any travel and accommodation expenses or any other expenses incurred by you in the course of the acquisition prior to the conclusion of the contract.
  7. You can terminate the rules for consultants after the end of the joint acquisition, subject to a notice period of two weeks.
  8. German law is applicable. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
