Viktória Agócs Szabóová works as Project Manager at GiVE Management Consulting GmbH with responsibility for projects in Slovakia and Hungary.

Viktória gained broad experience in the HR field working mainly as Plant HR Manager in international production companies, including FMCG. She visited and shared experience within international cooperation with sister sites of companies in Europe, Asia and the US. She participated in various transfer projects, international talent programs, crisis management and restructuring of the production site.

Viktória lived for years in the UK, studied Psychology at University of Presov and completed internationally certified training in Solution Focused Coaching.

She speaks Slovak, Hungarian, and English.
